The Art of Stillness in a Noisy World is a book on silence, meditation and how to live our lives in a world that just gets noisier and busier - by Magnus Fridh. This is the official soundtrack to the book.

Night Gestalt (composer Olof Cornéer) created three loops following the three chapters - and settings - of the book. Each loop build up with instruments, and then start to degrading. At the same time more and more of the sounds of that specific space is layered into the music.

Even though these three settings are far away from the noisy world, not even silence is silent - as John Cage famously showed in 1952.
